TouchBase Lanarkshire provides day support to adults with complex disabilities many of whom are in wheelchairs and sensory impairments. Sense Scotland wanted to create a sensory garden to incorporate raised beds, wheelchair paths, a covered seating area, a soft play surface area, fragrant plants, a herb gardens, plants & trees which make sounds and finally a storage area too.
