Our Team

The Practice is committed to the continuous development of its staff. As a knowledge-based enterprise our greatest strength lies in the skills and abilities of those who work for the practice and it is this which will encourage clients to return-this is our ‘product’. It is therefore vital to ensure that staff continue to develop their abilities and build upon their existing skills. All staff regularly attend CPD seminars and courses.

David and Andy follow more strategically based subjects although both have recently been involved in CDM related programmes. Julie follows the horticultural interest of the business.

DWA is proud of its achievements relating to quality which include the continued upkeep of ISO 9001.

In addition to our primary resource, which is the expertise of our staff, we consider it a priority to ensure that we maintain our technical proficiency in order to provide the best service to our clients. We are committed to maintaining our competitive edge in the work that we do and as such ensure that the technical tools that we use are capable and up to date. We use Key Terra Firma ground modelling software to analyse and design topography and earthworks on a range of scales, the latest issues of AutoCAD, Corel draw for presentation purposes, and standardised Microsoft Office and Adobe application for ease and conformity in dealing with administration and correspondence. In addition we have a range of printing and publishing hardware and access to specialist printing companies, should additional presentation be required.
